Andy Seils has been with Dave Mosher & associates since 2001. He works primarily out of the Evanville office, servicing the local area. Prior to working at Dave Mosher & associates, Andy was the assistant plant manager for Stoughton Trailers based in Evansville. 
 

Andy believes that education is the key to providing the best service to our clients. He regularly attends continuing education classes to keep abreast of industry changes.

Andy was born in Milwaukee, and raised in Madison, Wisconsin. He now resides in Footville along with his wife and three daughters. The family enjoys spending time together including camping throughout Wisconsin.

Andy is a certified W.I.A.A. official. On any given evening or weekend you can find Andy at a local school officiating football, basketball, or soccer depending on the time of year.  Andy is a member of the Stateline officials association.

His hobbies include racquetball, snowmobiling, fishing, camping, and other outdoor activities that allow him to spend time with his family.

Jeff has been with Dave Mosher & Associates since December 2003. Since joining the team, Jeff was licensed in property, casualty, life, health, and pre-need insurance. His focus is on property & casualty in both personal and commercial insurance. 

Jeff was born and raised on a dairy farm in the Darlington area. He is a 2003 graduate of Blackhawk Technical College with a degree in computer networking. Jeff, his wife Jenny, and his daughter Brooklyn reside in Monroe. He enjoys photography, working on his house, and is an avid Packer & Badger fan. 

Jeff has achieved his CISR designation and has completed his first course towards his CIC designation.  He also was named Vice President of the board for Rainbow Childcare Center.

Thomas Nelson has been a production partner with Dave Mosher & associates since 2001. He provides insurance services for our clients from our office at 318 Milwaukee St in Argyle. Tom is also working out of our New Glarus office located at 513 First St. 

Nelson grew up on a dairy farm in Argyle and graduated from Argyle high school. He received his Bachelors of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. Tom has been active in all lines of insurance and has completed the curriculum for the CFP (Certified Financial Planner) designation. 

Tom works with area individuals and businesses; providing the insurance tools, products, and information they need to secure their financial future. Tom's ability to build long-term relationships is important to our philosophy of doing business.

Vicky Thiel has been with Dave Mosher & associates since July, 2009 - working in our Evansville office.  She had previously worked in the Evansville and New Glarus offices in 2002-2004.   Her main focus is Commercial  Business Insurance.  Vicky has been with the insurance industry since 1977 starting out as a file clerk with the Laub Insurance Group of Janesville.   Vicky has experience working with small accounts, to those exceeding $250,000 in premium.   Like all associates with Dave Mosher & associates, Vicky is a life-long student in insurance attending several continuing education classes each year to further her knowledge of the insurance industry, as well as keeping up with the many changes that occur each year.

Vicky and her husband, Dan, reside in Janesville.  They have two children and six grandchildren.   Vicky graduated from Parker High School in Janesville.  They are season ticket holders for Packer football games and have a trailer in the Wisconsin Dells area where they spend much of their free time.

Fritzi joined the agency in September 1999 and works in the Argyle office. She graduated from Monticello High School. 

Previous to her employment with Dave Mosher & associates, Fritzi worked in the banking industry. She has twenty-nine years of experience in the banking business, and has earned her General Banking Certificate. Fritzi is licensed in Property & Casualty insurance, and continues to broaden her insurance knowledge through continuing education. 

Fritzi is active in her parish, St. John's Catholic Church in South Wayne, Women's CCW Organization. She also assists with serving at the Annual Argyle Fish Fry, is a Volunteer for the Apostolate To The Handicapped. She is a member of St. Vincent DePaul Society.  

Fritzi has two children and three grandchildren, and resides in Argyle with her husband Ted.

Paul is a Green County and New Glarus native who has spent 33 of his 43 years in New Glarus.  He has been married to his High School “sweet heart” Sara (nee, Wyttenbach), also a New Glarus native for the past 21 year.  They have 3 children, Caleb 15 and twins Kelly and Kyle 13.  Although Paul is new to the Insurance world, he has over 17 years of Customer Service/Sales Management experience in several disciplines

Paul has been very involved with his community for many years including: Wilhelm Tell (participant and prior board member), New Glarus Yodel Club, New Glarus Fire Department, and Octoberfest committee.  Paul was also the past Director of the New Glarus Chamber of Commerce as well as serving on the Board for several years.  Paul is currently a member of the Green County Tourism Committee.  South Central Wisconsin has a special place in Paul’s heart since his parents; the late Lowell and Karen Fredrickson owned and operated New Glarus Dairy for over 35 years.  He is excited about getting involved again with the area that has been so good to him and his family.
